Simon Rogan, President of Bocuse d’Or Team UK and chef owner of L’Enclume in Cartmel, Roganic and Aulis in London and Roganic in Hong Kong, launched a unique series of fundraising events at TRUEfoods in Ripon, Yorkshire.

The dinners are a key element of the support offered by TRUEfoods, to help Team UK reach the podium in the world’s largest and most prestigious chef contest – the Bocuse d’Or. The Yorkshire-based company is the Lead Culinary partner for UK Bocuse d’Or, supporting talent on the road to the world final in Lyon 2021.
