Tom is a published author, and his debut book, ‘A Kind of Love Story’, was published as a lead title by Orion Publishing (Hachette) in October 2016.
‘Cooking doesn’t define me but the need to achieve does. Am I obsessed with cooking? Or is cooking the medium I have chosen to feed my obsession to learn, improve, achieve? It’s and interesting question. I only know that from the first time I set foot in a kitchen I loved everything about it: the heat, the challenge, the pressure, the potential for violence. The kitchen is the only place in which I have ever felt I belonged.’
