Tom is closing Restaurant Story for the duration of April and the first week of May in order to fully refurbish the space, and bring guests a more refined, modern and elegant dining space.
In the meantime, Tom and his team will create a three-week long ‘pop-up’ called Merry Men. This will be held at 47/49 Tanner street, which is a warehouse space with original features. This space will be transformed into an enchanted forest bar and dining room, with large bench tables for communal dining. Tom and his team of chefs have designed an historical inspired menus of hearty dishes such as Roasted bone marrow and smoked eel with parsley; Mead and oak glazed gin fowl; Rabbit pie; and Lardy cake with cultured cream ice cream and blackberries.
