New Restaurant Inside 1 Hotel Mayfair

We are proud to announce that 1 Hotel Mayfair will partner with Tom Sellers to launch a new feature restaurant due to open in 2023.

Nestled in the heart of Mayfair, it will be 1 Hotels’ first European property, bringing eco-conscious luxury and contemporary design to London. The restaurant will focus on seasonal, organic and locally sourced ingredients.

The hotel will be a signature destination, providing an in-house café and a bespoke fitness and wellness centre. 1 Hotels has an impressive global portfolio of properties including flagships in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, with projects under development in London, Hanalei Bay, Nashville, San Francisco, Crete, Paris, Copenhagen and Melbourne.
